If you need to enquire about progress of an item being delivered after having been dispensed by our partner pharmacy, please refer in the first instance to the contact details and procedure set out in the despatch confirmation email you will have received. The despatch confirmation should contain your Special Delivery tracking number and instructions of how best to make contact. If you have yet to receive a despatch confirmation but an order for a prescription has been placed and paid for, you may contact our Partner Pharmacy on 01295 272432.
Faulty or damaged goods may be returned by registered mail to our Partner Pharmacy with a letter or note specifying the nature of the damage or fault. Please refer to the order number and ensure that the returned item is complete, packaged safely to avoid further damage and remember to include all of the original packaging received.
